I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE, not very professional, I never met my lawyer, a lady named Maritza “attended” me, they took my case without importance, they have no professional ethics, they then tried to block my case after I looked for another competent lawyer of Truth, TERRIBLE SERVICE

If you ever have a car accident you will be well taken care of at smeloff and associates. I received a higher settlement than i expected. Josie always returned my calls and kept me up to date. She was very diligent and professional! Attorney Britto handled my deposition and was amazing. Thank you all at smeloff and associates again!

I would highly recommend Mr. Smeloff & Associates. I called spoke to Richard Smeloff and he had one of his Attorney's call me within an hour. D. Whalon was super. He made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision to file bankruptcy and get my life back on track. Dan explainede step let me know what was happening all the time. The effort he put in to get this done correctly was amazing. I will never be in this position again but I if I was SMELOFF & ASSOCIATS is the form I would go to hands down.
