My experiance at Smeloff & Associates was very pleasant and the people are very helpful, especially the case managers. Richard works hard to get you a good settlement. Overall I like this office would recommend!

Currently waiting status of my MVA case. I have been making endless amount of phone calls to outpatient clinics, and to Smeloff office. Playing middle man, because they are failing to do “THEIR JOB” to finish my case, let alone even communicate with me the client the status of my case. Office is a scam don’t waste your time moving forward and trusting them with your case. It’s been over 7 months and they still claim to not have received my medical records, from the outpatient clinic I received treatment. Which is a lie!!! because I have the invoices to prove it. It was mailed to their office over 30 days ago!!! Just please find a reputable law office that has a team that are on their A game.

Went to Smeloff and associates after I had a car accident, as soon as I walked in the door the receptionist was very pleasant and sat me in a beautiful conference room, Mr Smeloff walked in and assured me that I had a good case and he can and will resolve my case. Left there feeling happy and confident that I made the right choice, I was surely right when it was all set and done I got a WONDERFUL settlement. Will surely go back to his office in the future!!!!!!

Their customer service sills have definitely improved. they tell you how it is and not beat around the bush the kind of honesty you would want from a lawyers office. they are very nice and truly want to help you in an way they possibly can. they are very good at communicating back in regards to trying to settle cases as fast as they can. got way more back than i anticipated overall very happy with this law firm

I had a very very very bad experience with this office. There was minimal communication. Whenever there was an update about the case, I had to be the phone to call. Very unprofessional you go in and the receptionist is having personal phone calls. I never once spoke to a lawyer. I was the one that had to call the hospital and locate records. I did most of the work on my own case. I would never do a case her ever again.

If I could give a negative star review I would have. This “business” is the biggest joke beyond all jokes. Not one professional person in the office, including Smeloff himself! Numerous voicemails in a different language, poor communication and the attitude were all horrible. I will never use this “business” nor will I ever refer anyone here.

My experience began with Smeloff and Associates approximately 8 years ago. His entire staff from the onset was unbelievably considerate, understanding and attentive to every aspect of my case. Throughout the process he kept me informed to all case updates and assistance with acquiring the needed documentation related to my case. His team's hard work and effort resulted in a successful legal case on my behalf. More so and only recently, I contacted Attorney Smeloff again for a separate legal issue. Again, Attorney Smeloff and his staff made immediate time on the phone for me and then again following this phone call. I was able to see him in person and in his office just 45 minutes following this call. After explaining this separate complex issue in more detail, Attorney Smeloff took considerable time to research case law pertaining to the issue. He then was able to successfully argue in court on my behalf for at least the time being. From my experiences, I would highly recommend Attorney Smeloff and his team for your legal needs.
