If you want to find a reputable lawyer who is communicative and with you every step of the way, is transparent and follows up on your case please look elsewhere. I do not recommend going here your time and money will be wasted. stay away.

This firm is not professional at all. The experience started well with getting a call back and getting someone to do a intake right away. There is a strong lack of communication, especially when they see that they may not have a case. I was dealing with Hector R. Due to a concern/ blockage concerning insurance, Hector told me that he would get back to about next steps. I have not heard from him or the firm since November 2. It is not November 8th. I have called and texted with no response and no follow up. When he told me to not talk to anyone else that called me regarding my accident, I should’ve trusted my intuition. But they are after their 1/3 of whatever settlement that they can get from working with clients. I called Craig who was the one who works with this firm to get “ clients” , Craig actually picked up, and informed me that, if they don’t think they can make a case there is no point of them working with me. The least that Hector and this firm could’ve done was actually communicate about the changes. So, just be aware. If you want professional, this firm is not it. They only get one star from me because of how fast it was to get someone to do an intake.

At Attorney Potter has advocated well for my case, negotiated with the other party and has always been very thoughtful with answers to my questions.
