We worked with Scott to close on our first home in December 2023. It was a long closing, but Scott and his team were on the ball the entire time, we never felt like anything was dropped or forgotten. He was also very communicative throughout the whole process, and did a great job explaining his role and what we should expect. As first-time homebuyers, this was very important to us. Scott and his team made the process so easy and painless, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This firm has been my go to for representation on several properties. I most recently worked with Chelsea. She was an absolute rockstar! She had my best interests through out a complicated sale involving a septic holdback. Their fees are more than reasonable for the excellent expertise and service they provide. I really felt like Chelsea went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend this firm and Chelsea enough when it comes to making such important decisions regarding a real estate purchase.
