Highly recommend working with Hornung & Scimone PC! The sellers were very difficult to work with but the team was amazing and handled everything very professionally and worked so hard to close the deal for me. Really appreciate their hard work and dedication throughout the long process. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with David Scimone and his team as we relocated from Ohio. David and his team were very responsive and helpful throughout. They were able to relieve much of the stress of an interstate move and I would certainly recommend them to others.

This was the second time David and his team helped us with a real estate transaction, and, again, they did a great job. For a variety of reasons timing was tight, but the process was smooth, everyone responded to our questions instantaneously, and we have met all the required dates. Consider them if you are looking for real estate-related help in the Boston area, you will not be disappointed.

Recently, I hired Mr. Rodman to represent me regarding an employment matter. However, prior to dong so, I did my due diligence and checked out the reviews, his website, his tutorial videos as well as any complaints/sanctions he may have had on file with the Massachusetts Bar. Mr. Rodman checked out totally clean. Of course, the few bad reviews he had were completely subjective and based upon the authors' own failure to understand that all law firms differ in whether or not they decide to charge potential clients an "initial" consultation fee. Indeed, law firms should NOT be criticized for wanting to charge a small fee to provide you with valuable legal advice. Remember: They all went to law school for a reason. Right? So, when I initially called Mr. Rodman's law firm, a very pleasant, sincere, caring and professional young legal assistant, named "Eve", answered the phone. Immediately, I felt very reassured that my employment issue would be handled with the utmost degree of consideration, professionalism and expertise. Eve asked me to briefly describe to her the nature of my call as well as the circumstances surrounding my desire to seek counsel. During the "intake" process, Eve demonstrated exceptional listening skills and was able to ascertain the best path forward for my inquiry. Eve was able to put my apprehension and trepidation at complete ease. After about 10 minutes of listening to my situation, Eve told me that she would forward my information to Mr. Rodman and that he would be contacting me within a few hours. Within sixty minutes, I received a very pleasant phone call from Mr. Rodman. He told me that my case had serious merit and that he would be very interested in pursuing it for further review. Mr. Rodman indicated that his firm requires a $250 retainer fee to provide an initial, yet thorough assessment of all cases, regardless of whether or not his firm will represent me. Mr. Rodman also mentioned that the $250 retainer fee is FULLY refundable if he decides to take your case and you win it. Mr. Rodman's declaration seemed very reasonable and during our conversation I could tell that Mr. Rodman was highly skilled in the area of employment law. Within 24 hours, Mr. Rodman called me again and advised me that his firm had thoroughly reviewed my case and that they would be "happy" to represent me and that they would do so on a "contingency" basis! I was so relieved and thrilled that Rodman Law had decided to take my case on a "contingency" basis. To be clear: Law firms WILL NOT take your case on a contingency basis if they think you have a weak case. So, by his agreeing to represent me on a contingency basis, I knew that my case had serious evidentiary merit. During the course of litigation, I found Rodman Law to be an outstanding law firm! Mr. Rodman brought the full weight, power and extensive resources of his firm to bear against my former employer, leading to their eventual capitulation and agreement to settle my claim to my satisfaction. Sure, Mr. Rodman can be "direct" at times, but, he is only there to help you fully understand the viability of your case and the realistic expectations that you must prepare for. He is a true "bulldog"! Still, all during this process, I had the pleasure to have worked with the highly trained, professional staff and associate partners at Rodman Law. Every one of them were fabulous and their expertise was top notch. Elisa Filman and Mike Parras were especially helpful in their expert guidance and legal strategy. James Traficante was instrumental in gathering the facts, data and piecing together the timeline of my case. And Eve was there to always answer my calls and to provide continuous updates all along the way. Of course, the man himself, Mr. Chuck Rodman: The Man, The Myth, The Legend, was the brains behind it all: strategizing, scheming, planning, to eventually bring my former employer to a "prone" position and win our case. Thank you so much Mr. Rodman, Eve, Jim, Elisa, Mike and everyone else at Rodman Law. You made my legal journey a most pleasant and enjoyable one.

Over one year ago started working with an intake person by the name of Allison. All my personal and confidential medical records etc we're sent to her via email and she no longer works there. No one knows where my file is. (?) Was hoping for much, much better!
