We were first time buyers, as buyer's lawyer, David sent us detailed guidelines in every step so we know what to do and what will happen. After we put in first offer, David's research and patient explanation helped us finding out the condition of the house was not what we have imagined, so we can stop before making any further commitment. He was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about all the details of the transaction, without him we will not have such a smooth closing.
