I worked with Scott Sellers on purchasing my first property. Seller side was giving us a quite hard time on some of the items but Scott was so great in talking to their side and solve all the problems perfectly. Scott is both professional and responsible. Definitely recommend Scott and Hornung & Scimone PC to anyone who is buying or selling a property.

I worked with Dave Scimone and his staff to help coordinate the sale of one property and the purchase of another. He and his team took the time to go over all points and changes, and pushed when pushing was needed to keep the deals on track for closing. Notably, she secured an extension on our finance commitment date while working with difficult people without batting an eye. Nicole Pinkos and her team were a pleasure to work with - after an excellent experience working with Nicole on the purchase of our new home, we also worked with her on selling our condo. Buying and selling houses is a quite stressful experience, and Nicole and her team helped make it as painless and easy as possible. I'm the kind of person who asks a lot of questions, and Nicole et al were great about this - they would quickly, patiently, and clearly explain everything I asked about. Having quick, clear responses to my questions / concerns was vital in helping me keep my sanity during some stressful transactions I will absolutely be using Nicole and her team for my next real estate transaction, and would recommend them to anyone!

Scott was very helpful in the process of the transaction, and met me in half way to sign some documents and save me traveling time. He always was replying my email very promptly even in the evening and week end

Not being well versed in Home buying and Real estate, We were pleasantly surprised how easy and stress free the process was thanks to Our Attorney, Melissa Gaboury. This is Completely my opinion, but Melissa went above and beyond to check in on us every step of the process and was extremely communicative. I was never left wondering which is always reassuring in a pressure time in your life. Lastly, I left the office on our final visit , confident that all essential reviews and documentation were complete. Our interaction with Melissa was Great and would recommend her for any future needs.

We went with Scott Sellers to represent us during our recent home purchase. Negotiation on the P&S went very smoothly, and I appreciated the many items that Scott added in a Rider on our behalf for our protection. Turnaround time on email communications was also very quick during our P&S discussions. During the week before our closing, we had last-minute concerns about fixes that might no longer be covered by the builder after the closing. Scott quickly drew up the necessary documents to ensure that we would be covered post-closing, giving us peace of mind on our concerns. On the day of the closing, we were dealing with the effects of a massive snow storm that had just dumped over a foot of snow the night before. However, the closing still went smoothly and efficiently (about 45 minutes long). A few discrepancies in our initial settlement statement were addressed promptly at our closing, and Scott answered all of our questions in a clear and concise way. Thank you very much for guiding us past the finish line!! We appreciated the expertise, patience, and good humor during all our interactions.
