We were absolutely thrilled with using Hornung & Scimone PC as our representation through the home buying process. We worked closely with one of their attorney's, Kathryn C., and she was exceptional. She was extremely communicative, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We purchased a unit in a duplex, which also led to some complications in the process, and Kathryn made sure that there was language in our purchase agreement that protected us from future disputes with the other unit in our condo.
