Scott Sellers was great to work with! My husband and I worked with him on the purchase of a short sale house between November '19-February '20. He answered all of our questions, gave us helpful advice, let us know what to expect, and kept us up to date on the (long) process before the bank approved the short sale. Once the short sale was approved Scott and his team were on the ball to get us ready to close ASAP! I would definitely recommend working with Scott on a home purchase, even on a more complicated one like a short sale.

David was very professional and organized, and he facilitated a seamless home buying process. David came highly recommended from the realtors and mortgage brokers that we met with, and after working with him, we understand why! He offered us multiple discounts, including a first-time homebuyers discount and dual representation with the mortgage company. I would definitely recommend hiring David for anyone buying or selling a home in the MetroWest area.

David was highly professional as well as eager to connect and chat about our lives as we went through a lot of necessary paperwork.
