We hired Marc and his law firm to guide us in selling our house in Newton and, at the same time, purchasing another property. Marc and his team were accommodating throughout the entire process for both properties, from the initial contact through the P&S to the closing. The most amazing part was the response time. I would send an email at 7 pm on a Friday, expecting a response on Monday, but they would respond within half an hour. The cost was also very reasonable. I expected a much higher price as we had many questions, and there were several back-and-forths between Marc’s law firm and the other law firm. I highly recommend Canner Law for any real estate transactions.

Simon is our family attorney for nearly a decade... I remember he took my first case while I was in despair and emotional turmoil because NOBODY wanted to take it. Well, Simon did. And he won it for me... So as all others. I'm incredibly thankful that I can just lay all legal burden on Simon and sleep peacefully because he'll get it. And I never worried about case taking long or not hearing back from him for a while. I know he's not wasting anybody's time and I know I can trust him. I find it's important to have a good family attorney like Simon - just like it's important to have a good family doctor. I'm glad and thankful he didn't give up on my case years ago...
