Sometimes a residential real estate transaction is simple and straightforward, and sometime it's not. Who knew the seller would have complex title issues to resolve prior to closing. When faced with such uncertainties on the home we were purchasing, it was essential that we had a first rate lawyer, one who always seemed to be one step ahead of everyone else and maintaining grace under pressure. She delivered the closing with professionalism and leadership when it was most needed. I'm not all that sure we would have gotten there if it wasn't for her.
