Marc helped my husband and I to close on our house and did a great job answering any of our questions. He helped us navigate a closing and negotiate several tricky aspects with our COVID 19 closing situation. We would definitely recommend him.

Marc was very professional providing great advise through an extraordinarily difficult sale. I especially valued his ability to keep a cool head, and helping me to do the same, when the personalities involved were particularly difficult to deal with. I would recommend him and his associates with no hesitation to anybody negotiating a real estate transaction.

Marc Canner and his team were incredibly responsive, diligent, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were well represented throughout the home purchase process. They were extremely fast and organized about every detail of the contracting and final closing on our house, and despite the extraordinary circumstances, ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Without Marc Canner and his team I think our deal would have fallen through...numerous times. He has such professionalism and poise to turn situations around even when they are really sticky. His whole team went above and beyond working through-out the thanksgiving break to make sure this deal would land for us! Marc made himself available at all times.

Marc and his team provided the best legal services I have ever experienced. There were several bumps (caused by our seller) along the way, and Marc made himself available at all times - even evenings and weekends - to follow through, discuss issues with me, offer excellent, effective advice and resolve every one. His staff, Mariel and Kelly, we're also wonderful, communicating clearly and promptly. I can't recommend Canner Law enough. I only wish they offered a wider range of legal services. I would rely on them for all my legal needs, if I could.

I worked with Marc Canner recently on the sale of my home in Brookline. Marc was fantastic to work with. He is organized, proactive and timely in his dealings. He was also able to navigate some complication in the time leading up to closing very effectively. I have worked with several other real estate attorneys in the past and Marc was the best by far.
