Jon had a such refreshing way of explaining 'legalese' that I felt 100% at ease each time we ended a phone call. We recently purchased a house for the first time. I took us a year to finally get the right one. So many issues with things, mostly out of our control on many of the offers we made. Without the guidance and abilities of Marc and his team we may have ended up with a terrible choice. I don't ever deal with admin things, but Marc, from the beginning made it very easy for me.
