Gabriel was very helpful and professional. While he is very direct and to the point, he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was very responsive and thorough.

So privileged to have received his counsel. Following the death of my mother he provided tremendous support and guidance to settle her estate. After procrastinating several years regarding the need to address my Estate Planning/Elder Law situation, I decided to attend one of David Rosen's presentations approximately 1-1/2 years ago. I did so reluctantly, assuming it was going to be a captive audience, high pressure situation to enroll with his services. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was extremely satisfied, along with a few dozen other attendees, to listen to his presentation on many facets of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Investment strategies, etc. He was very thorough, professional, and friendly. It was your choice if you decided to go further with him, or not. If not, you left. I did sign up for his services, scheduled for later in the month. It was a one-on-one meeting with David personally. Again, no pressure involved as to what my particular situation necessitated. All my requirements were discussed and completed in that one meeting. I picked up the final completed paperwork in a week or so. I must also mention that the cost of his services were extremely reasonable.....more so than I had anticipated. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending David as the one to see regarding any questions you may have regarding Estate Planning, Elder Law, and related issues.

Working with Tyler was easy and enjoyable, and he did a great job on my prenup. He was able to explain anything I had questions about and be very thorough with the issues at hand. We first met David and his team at an Estate Planning seminar that he sponsored about 5 years ago. We were so impressed with his legal knowledge, the details of his presentation, and his enthusiasm that we entered into an agreement with David to write our living trust. I met David a few years ago at an educational workshop/dinner. He was professional and took the "mystery" out of Trusts. I made an appointment and had a Revocable Trust and Will prepared.
