My husband and I met David in 2019 at an informal information session regarding Estate Planning. He was very personable, knowledgeable and quite pleasant to engage with. He explained quite clearly the process we would go through and was very patient with all our questions. We opened a Trust through David's service and also set up a small investment account. This took place prior to Covid. Throughout all the quarantining and uncertainty, David kept in touch to make sure we understood the statements we received regularly and to keep us abreast of the market conditions. David Rosen has a unique and entertaining way of explaining what can be very complex retirement and estate planning issues. He reviews the basic steps everyone should take in the planning process and explains the relevance and importance of estate and health care documents. I had a very positive experience working with Attorney Rosen. In May 2015, we contracted the Rosen Law Group to discuss drafting an estate planning portfolio for my wife Marcia and I. In that month, we had two meeting with David to discuss our needs and interests. At all times David was a good listener, he asked numerous pertinent questions and made many useful suggestions. This resulted late that month in a document that included a Living Trust Agreement for both Marcia and myself. The final volume was very well written and especially well organized with multiple chapters such as “Power of Attorney, Certificate of Trust, Trust Assets, etc”. The entire process was painless and relatively inexpensive and we are pleased with the final product that, as far as we can tell, provides both of us the protection we require in the even of a death or incapacitation. We would have no hesitancy to recommend David to others.
