Larissa Demirs was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating in coming out to our home and guiding us through signing/closing on our mortgage refinance. She took the time to explain each section, was efficient and well organized. Their time options were flexible and convenient, as were their options for obtaining copies of all documents. I just was on the seller side of a real estate transaction with this company. What a nightmare! The people I dealt with (Shaun and Marilee) seemed like they had never done this before. They asked questions that just didn't make sense. They were unfamiliar with the practices in Florida, so perhaps they were just the wrong company for the job. They botched it so badly, we were very close to having the deal fall through. I feel really bad for our buyer, she is a wonderful person and really did not need the stress.
