He personally had nothing to do with my refi, yet he made time on the spot to listen to my question and took immediate action on what was a non urgent matter. He put the client first and made me feel like I had his undivided attention, even though he was working on other matters. He reached out to his colleagues to get me the answer I was looking for, and reconnected with me later in the day to let me know what had been done and to verify I received the information I requested. We were initially drawn to her because she was willing to take the time to walk us through the process of purchasing a house and the numerous documents that come along with it. Since we were first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions after reviewing each of the various documents. Amanda was professional, patient, and responsive. She was extremely knowledgeable and would answer all of our questions in a prompt manner. In all honesty, we would probably not be living in the place we are without her.
