Kriss law has helped us through closing our first mortgage in 2019, and now refinancing on that property in 2020. They are a first class firm, and I trusted them every step of the way.
We had the pleasure of closing on our refinance with Larissa Demirs Esq. this time around, and she was a pleasure. She was super knowledgeable about MA real estate law, and was extremely flexible with time/location (our own house at 9pm on a weekday!).
Without hesitation, we would use Kriss Law for future real estate transactions. 10/10 would recommend.

They screwed up the discharge filings for our home, and it took them 4 months to correct it, which held up our refinance. Steer clear!
