I'm happy to write this honest review based on our recent experience with Kriss Law. When my wife and I decided it was time to buy our first home, we were met with a lot of comments from friends and family, saying how stressful it had been for them and how frustrating it would likely be for us too. They were completely right - let's just get that out of the way. 😅 With that said though, none of the frustrations we faced came from Kriss Law. Attorney Cory Fox and Caitlin Jocob, Senior Paralegal handling our file, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both were very responsive and answered any and all questions we had, and we had many. Caitlin really shined towards the end when we were faced with several delays from our lender's part. She stayed on top of things and put the pressure on them on our behalf to get things done, while keeping us updated the entire time. We really appreciated the way she communicated with us and how she made us feel we weren't just one more client, but rather made us feel she really cared and wanted to do everything she could to help us and make closing as easy as possible on us. We are grateful to have been introduced to them and highly recommend their services. Highly recommend both Cory and Caitlin. Lastly, Aviv filled in for Cory at the end, and he too seemed very knowledgeable. We appreciated how objective he was while making sure we understood what we were signing. Thank you Kriss Law. Can't recommend enough.

Larissa Demirs walked us through each and every document and entertained all our queries despite of the late closing timing coz of the delays on part of the lending company. Highly appreciate her positive and professional attitude.

I used Kriss law for my refinance closing on recommendation from our lender. Everyone I dealt with, from the owner to the notary, were very responsive and professional. The no contact closing was very easy and convenient.

Great service in spite of Covid. Amanda and Monica were on top of it and did an excellent job!

They made an error with the wording in my refinance documents which required my signatures again. However, when the notary came for the signatures he brought several other documents and he couldn’t tell me why I needed to sign them. Then I was threatened by the lawyer the next day, because I refused to sign documents that I didn’t understand. They’re disorganized, incompetent, and arrogant.

They sent a notary to the closing who was totally unprepared and didn't have a copy of the deed to sign.
