As a RE professional I have worked with many attorneys. The Barletta Team is one of the best. So when it was time to sell my own, I called Liz to represent me.

All calls and emails were returned promptly and professionally, I had a couple of issues that Liz was able to resolve quickly and efficiently, even taking calls and sorting paperwork after work hours! After I accepted an offer, the sale of my condo became extremely complicated due to an unreasonable (and frankly unhinged) co-owner in the association. Liz and her team were consistently patient, professional, and supportive throughout a roller coaster of a sale process. Liz in particular was great with prompt communication and clear recommendations as my stress levels escalated. We did finally close and I am very grateful for their help!
