We were faced with paying over $4000 to be represented by an attorney to solve a contempt of court issue on a stipulation judgment order. What can I say that hasn’t already been covered by others? I guess I will start with a ‘thank you’ for everything you’ve done and will continue to do for me. I’m a single dad and Nick has literally been there for me at every corner. I was awarded split physical and legal custody for my child. He is fearless and his huge heart is not only obvious in the court room, but even more outside of work. When I started this journey with no hope, constant fear, being bullied beyond belief by professional bs artists; Nick was and continues to be flawless in identifying every single detail and torpedoing down all bs and to have him on my side is a godsend. He is able to do what he does so remarkably, I believe because he possesses a true gift that is unparalleled and a true genuine compassion for humans. In a nutshell that’s why he is and always will be one of the best. (and he is still in his early 30s). Everyone at the firm literally works around the clock and it is rare to not get a quick response no matter how busy they are; including Nick, Kaylyn, Kristy and Sarah. Atty Halks was my attorney for a child custody and child support case. I used him twice and he was amazing! Very attentive. Whenever I contacted him, he would usually get back to me ASAP. He was great at listening to me about what I want, don’t want, and my fears when it came to court. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He definitely makes you feel more like a friend than a client. Fees were reasonable. I would definitely use him again if needed, but hopefully I don’t. I have referred him to two others who have used him and they’ve been very satisfied with his services as well.
