Nick is a VERY professional attorney. He is logical, honest and measured at the same time. He is a true advocate and even if you are on the more vulnerable side, he'll continue to champion for you. I appreciated this most of all. I was very nervous about the steps that would be needed to move forward in a highly contested custody and support case. He was reassuring and honest and I cannot thank him enough for the end result. He talked me off the ledge many times at 4:59 PM on Fridays. Things have resolved and I am very happy with the result, both for me, but more importantly for my child. Choose this attorney. He's seriously great.

Nicholas Halks is AMAZING! Nick accepted my case after I had another attorney bleed me dry of almost every penny I had left. Nick took my case on even after knowing he was going up against my ex-husband who happens to be in law enforcement.
