These guys were amazing, very polite and professional and knowledgeable. They took action on my behalf and settled my case faster than I believed possible. If your consumer rights have been violated in any way talk to these guys, you won't regret it.

I received calls from an organization claiming to collect on bad debt that was 9 years old. They had just enough information to convince me that the debt was real (I don’t have records going back that far) and I started paying them. Thinking more about it, the whole situation didn’t feel right. The organization was threatening me and calling my family and friends. I made ONE CALL to consumer rights law firm and Matthew called the so-called collectors while I waited on the phone. 3 minutes later, Matthew confirmed my suspicions of a scam and quickly advised me to dispute the charges and file complaints with the state attorney general. I really didn’t know what to expect when I called this office after my family and I were harassed by JPL Recovery solutions.
