I filed an on line claim against Westlake Financial because of the non stop phone calls I was receiving from there automated system. They were calling 3-4 times in the morning, and usually 3-4 times in the afternoon. I informed them that the calls needed to stop because the times that they were calling was during the time I was driving a school bus and I was unable to take the calls. The calls continued. I filed an online complaint with Consumer Rights Law Firm. I couldn't believe how fast they responded to my claim. Everyone I was in contact with were very pleasant, professional, and right to the point. They won me a settlement. I highly recommend this law firm!
