After many years of cancer, then seven years ago, I lost my husband to cancer I absolutely got swamped with medical bills. I saw HERB and the girls in his office. After many years of struggling with debt and with the many recent unexpected changes in life events I decided to look into my options. I looked into debt management but it didn't seem possible especially with my health. So I started to contact bankruptcy attorneys one after another after another would not look at my case because I make too much when I claim single on my taxes. But Mr. Weinberg listen to my predicament and noticed that I actually have a dependent, just not as a tax purpose. So when in theory I should have been in a higher tax bracket for the money I made to be able to file bankruptcy. He took on my case knowing that it's not going to be an easy thing to do. Between looking at all my finances, both jobs that I have with their pay stubs, The bills I had which came out to a lot of credit cards, phone calls and emails back and forth, visits in the office and all the while keeping me up to date with the status. With a lot of going back and forth of either chapter 7 or chapter 13, he gave me everything I needed to know in my options. I ended up going with chapter 13 and he made it so painless even though I was stressing out the entire time through this process and the hearing was the most stressful but he kept me calm through the entire call. Don't get me wrong I'm still stressing out on a few things but he is only a phone call away or an email away. He does get back to you right away. No voicemail or email gets left for more than 24 hours and he gets right back to you with the answers. I never thought that I would be able to do this or did I want to do this. But this has made my life 100% more bearable. Not to mention I actually have a day off and I'm sleeping more. I could not thank Mr. Weinberg and his team enough for what they have done for me. I highly recommend him for all bankruptcy concerns!
