I needed some info from my bankruptcy that the guy's handled 4 me about 9 yrs ago. One of them called me themselves (I think it was Mr. Weinberg) and told me if they requested this info that I needed they would charge me but if I went to a govt website it would be next 2 nothing for the fee which was true. The fee was like .06 cents for the document I needed. You know how one hears how grimy lawyers can be - lol - but yet he was truthful. He could've just charged me that fee and told me nothing about that website. So this let me know about his integrity as a person and as a lawyer! It also impressed me that I live out of state now but he took the time out and called me back anyway. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them if your in this predicament.

Herb Weinberg is the ONLY attorney to go to for assistance regarding bankruptcy. He is so knowledgeable about bankruptcy law (and I called several firms before filing, as I really wanted to keep my home). Because of Herb, I was able to save my home. He is extremely responsive and when there were any issues with the court (and there were many), he immediately kept me informed and responded in a timely manner. One quality that I have come to appreciate is his demeanor. It's an awful experience to be in financial trouble, but Herb has a way of making you feel that you're not alone and it's not a shameful thing to be embarrassed about. He's a great listener and helped me solve a lot of issues with my bankruptcy case, which was pretty complex. One thing with Herb is, as his client you have readily access to contact him for random questions that arise throughout your case (his fees are on the low side, and I never felt I would get a bill each time I reached out to him - he's a straight shooter). It's nerve wracking enough to go through bankruptcy, but I grew to really put my trust in Herb - and I have no regrets! Herb will help you - take it from me!

Sox Fan2018 is obviously an idiot. Herbert Weinberg is not only the best attorney you can hire, he's also the most compassionate. He knows bankruptcy law inside and out, as well as the trustees and is able to work with them on a level that usually keeps you out of court. He gives everyone chances even if they don't deserve them (speaking personally). This guy goes out of his way - every day, to make sure his clients get the best possible outcomes, and he truly cares. He remembers family details and parts of the case that most lawyers wouldn't - as most are just trying to do case after case to make money. Herb actually cares.
