I was very happy with Renee’s handling of my divorce. She was highly recommended to me by an attorney at one of the Pioneer Valley’s top law firms, who declined to handle the divorce due to conflicts of interest. No question, it was a difficult time and I appreciated how Renee focused me on planning the direction of my future living and financial arrangements. Renee is professionally competent, with tons of common sense. She boiled down the key legal concepts to something I could understand. Of course, the best outcome in a divorce isn’t to “win” but to improve quality of life. Renee gave strong recommendations for what might be best for the kids, the biggest losers if a divorce should go bad. She proposed to divide our marital income, assets and debts fairly, in line with what I hoped to achieve. Renee positively maintained an optimistic yet also empathetic mindset. She has a warm and caring personality. What I can say is that, when it all shakes out, divorce can be so worth it. I found Renee fair with her billing. I recommend her highly.

I was beyond happy with Renee and the way she handled my divorce case. She is results driven and her goal is to finalize. There are plenty of other lawyers who are happy to drag a case out and cost you tons of extra $ in the process. I really felt that Renee had my best interests at the forefront. She is extremely intelligent and thorough but what I really appreciated about Renee is what a zen, calming presence she was. She really kept me grounded, focused and positive. I HIGHLY recommend Renee Wetstein as an attorney. 5 stars!

Extremely knowledgeable, always quick to respond and answer questions

With Renee’s help I recently finalized my divorce. I feel very fortunate to have found Renee. Right from the start she helped me feel comfortable with the process. She is very good at what she does, working well with my wife’s attorney and the whole legal process. She is very smart and extremely competent and I am very satisfied with the result A few things really impressed me about Renee and made her stand out from all other attorneys I have worked with. First, is how responsive she was through the whole process. She always responded quickly, whether to opposing council or to my emails, even on weekends and evenings, she was always there. Secondly, although her hourly fee is comprable to what other attorneys charge, she truly only charges for the actual time she spends. I am amazed at how little the entire process ended up costing, and at how accurate her original estimate was. Finally, she was just so nice to work with; very aggressive in representing my interests and so supportive of me .I would strongly recommend Renee if you are going through a divorce.
