I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Attorney Richard Reade during my divorce process. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care made a significant difference in what could have been an overwhelming experience. As an immigrant without knowing much about the law in the States, going through divorce was stressful and scary to me. Richard took his time to explain the law to me, walk me step by step through the process and was always helpful. He put my nerves at ease right away and I knew I was in good hands. I'm very pleased with the professional matters my case was handle. From the time they have all paperwork in order and submitted and a couple weeks later had the hearing.

This has been bothering me since August. I counted on Teresa Reade to help me amend my child support. I borrowed $3,000 to pay her to have my back in court. She did not seem compassionate like advertised. After 14 years of fighting the court system, I was hopeful that I had hired someone that would stick up for me in court. After a week of billing me for paperwork that her (very nice) team "organized", Teresa only gave us 30 minutes on Zoom to prepare with her. I had to fly from the Carolinas for my hearing. Not only did Teresa seem to side with my ex-wife's lawyer, she said nothing in court, falsely told the judge she didn't know anything about my case because she only received it the night before, and disclosed that it was 100% a math equation that could have been simply done without disrupting my life, without spending time and money to fly from South Carolina, and without the diagnosed PTSD and anxiety that has taken over me. I would not be writing this review for months later had she said one thing in court to the judge to support me and be in my corner. Just one thing. And I practically begged her to say one thing. The best is that this financial equation had me paying more child support than before I hired her. If Teresa feels good about taking my $3,000 retainer, I hope she can use it over the holidays. For the 6th year in a row, I'll will not be seeing or speaking with my children even though I have and have always had joint custody.

Rick was always very professional and listened and understood the issues I was dealing with in my difficult and emotional family matters case. He was readily available any time I had questions and I really felt he had my best interest at heart during negotiations with counsel. My only complaint would be for the cost of the case and me doing most of the discovery on my own that he would at least answer some of the questions I had post settlement when my ex did not follow the agreement, so I felt after settlement, I was left on my own and dropped and after I explained what my original attorney did years ago and how i felt after my original divorce.
