Horrible experience all around, my original concerns was never addressed, I was under the impression they working for the other party, be ready to get charge $50 to $150 for 20 second conversation with the other lawyer. All Richard did was convincing me to make a deal with the other party and yay they don’t have to do nothing. I learned so much from this process and I want to help someone else that way you don’t go throw your money in this law firm.

First, after all reasonable attempts to resolve have been explored, he is not afraid to let a judge hear a dispute, i.e., he is not afraid of the courtroom. Secondly, he is just as capable in settlement negotiations as he is in litigation. As a mediator who has seen Richard in mediation mode, he knows very well when to be silent and when to speak. This is so important in mediation.
