Peter is very charming and professional before you hire him. He goes out of his way to call and reach out to check in. You will feel assured and that you are in really great hands. Once you sign, you can kiss your money goodbye and his charming/helpful side. He is extremely slow in getting anything accomplished and it is very clear this is his method to bill you for more hours. He was very aware of my financial situation as single Mother and pretended to be sympathetic. Because of financial constraints and also the feeling that nothing was being accomplished I requested his withdrawal and the return of my remaining retainer. From this point on, he ignored multiple emails and text messages and refused to return my remaining monies. In an effort to simplify the process and save everyone time and money the Defendants Attorney (I am the Plantiff) suggested all parties sign an Assented Motion for Withdrawal and we could all proceed without wasting money and time in court. Peter continued to ignore emails from me and the Defendants Attorney requesting his signature on said documents. Instead, in his very calculated and greedy mode of operation, he chose to attend court so that he could continue using my remaining retainer while knowing full well the dire financial situation I was in. Please please do not hire this Attorney. You will regret your decision. I am so upset with myself that I didn't take the negative reviews written more seriously. As a single Mother working full time, I am already dealing with a lot of stress so to have the stress of this and feeling completely betrayed and taken advantage of is heartbreaking.

Peter made the process easier than saying Konstantilakis. He was knowledgeable, clear and upfront with his price and gave me time to pay it off. What impressed me most about Mr Konstantilakis, was on the day of the Meeting with the Creditors, I arrived earlier than my scheduled time. As I sat in the conference room I heard other attorneys with there client informing them of the process and what to expect. I thought to myself that this was something that should've been discussed in a private setting, at that moment I realized that I hired the right man for the job, because Mr Konstantilakis took the time on several occasions weather on the phone or in his office to explain to me what to expect, and always asked if I had any questions, and took his time to answer them. This resulted in me becoming very relaxed and confident leading up to the moment I spoke with the judge.I don't think Mr Konstantilakis said more than three sentences, that's how prepared I was. I would highly recommend Mr Konstantilakis. Rear gem. Thank you
