This attorney his too busy to handle things you email him he takes weeks to return your email. You call him his voicemail is always full. When he calls you back it is always when he is taking care of family business so he can rush you off the phone. He also prolongs situations to hold on to the remaining of your retainer.

It's always difficult to sell or purchase a home, but with the wild market in 2021 it became more daunting; and I did both. That's why it was so important for us to have Hoye & Duane, and their entire staff on our side. They were so unbelievably proactive that many of my questions were answered before I could ask them. And any outstanding questions I had, they were quick and always available to answer. And they spoke clear language, not spinning my head with legal jargon. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Hoye and Duane.

Jon Duane was recommended to me by my real estate agent and I was so happy she did. Jon was professional, knowledgable and explained the complicated terms so simply. He was very responsive and made a seemingly long process go through with ease, especially for selling and buying at the same time. Jon was extremely helpful in both the lead up and official close of our condo. Along the way he provided great advice and during the close he explained everything in a manner everyone could understand. Cannot say enough good things about Hoye & Duane.

Diane was experienced and professional when I enlisted her services. I felt confident she "knew her stuff" and took the time to explain terms, processes, etc. when I got overwhelmed by my situation. Lastly, she was always on time and prepared which I can't say for the opposing attorney.
