I need to thank attorney Striffler so much for dealing with my personal and small business matters and getting the results I was looking for. I was referred to Ken Augen for a custody issue. I needed help immediately; when I called he gave me advice on the phone, which I followed. After that, he was overly busy with travel, but finally I got an appointment. At the meeting, I found out he was going out of town again, and he wanted to refer me to a colleague. Although Ken Augen was part of a prepaid legal program that I belonged to, he wanted an additional retainer. He requested the retainer before telling me he would be out of town and would see about referring me to a colleague of his. I ended up not using his services and was disappointed that he did not tell me that he was too busy to take on my case.
