I worked with Chris Casey,Esq regarding a complicated family estate issue. Chris was incredibly helpful. He was so on point with everything. He also really listened to what I had to say, which other attorneys didn’t want to hear it. Also, the office staff are so polite and knowledgeable. Chris always returned every phone call in a very time full manner. It was a great pleasure working with the office of Casey and Lundregan.

My siblings and I recently sold a property that we had inherited. We were faced with very aggressive and demanding buyers and the sale of the home required it to be executed within an extremely short period of time. Amanda M. Fairweather, Esq., of Casey & Lundregan, P.C. in Salem, MA, to the rescue. In very short order, Amanda worked tirelessly to draw up the Purchase and Sale, coordinate setting up a Trust for our family at a local financial institution and managed the closing impeccably. In these uncertain COVID19 times, her professional and courteous manner took away any additional stress from my family as she delivered flawlessly on all counts related to the sale. She continuously kept us up to date each step of the way and Amanda’s transparency and attention to detail eased any fears that we may have had and she went the extra mile to ensure that all of our concerns and questions were answered and resolved. The experience exceeded my family’s expectations and understandably it was a result of Amanda’s dedication, wealth of knowledge and dogged determination. Out of 5 stars, we give her a 6!

I thought I needed to hire a lawyer to handle my sister’s estate and I called with some questions. The staff was professional and booked me a free phone consultation the next day.
