I was very pleased with Attorney Casey in a recent dealing. I had also been impressed with some estate planning and trust work that he had done for my family and me a few years back. In this recent matter, Atty Casey worked through what I thought was going to be a very costly real estate/business dealing in which I was involved. I was relieved and impressed how his professionalism in the dealings were able to got results. Attorney Casey was extremely helpful in guiding me through the estate planning process, asking the right questions to evaluate our situation. I am a divorced father of three and newly engaged making decisions for my children and grandchildren and for my fiance's family as well. Chris Casey and his paralegal Jess Fowler were great to work with during the sale of our property. Chris and Jess kept us informed throughout the entire process and were available to answer all of our questions. At no point in time, did we feel that Chris and Jess were not 100% on top of our transaction, Overall, we had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

My boyfriend and I used Casey & Lundregan when we bought our first home. It was a fantastic experience, the paralegal who worked with us (I think her name was Jessica) was quick to return any of my calls and emails, and I had plenty! Everyone was courteous and accommodating when we were signing our papers. I would strongly recommend them to all my friends and family and will be sure to keep them in mind for any future legal needs.

Chris Casey and his staff have done a phenomenal job handling all of my affairs. I needed estate work done for my elderly Mom. They even went out to my Moms home to finish the paperwork since she could not make it to their office. They treated her with the utmost respect and that kindness was truly appreciated! Also, after my Mom passed away, they handled the sale of her condo without any issues or problems. Everyone there is so friendly and efficient! I would truly recommend him to anyone!!!!

Their broad range of qualifications, such as: estate administration, litigation, or business and tax planning, should be brought to attention of all who care for trustworthy relationship and credibility.

My experience was suboptimal with the largest area of improvement being the firms inability to communicate and respond to their clients in a timely manner. I felt like my transaction was not important to the firm and as such had to continuously pursue them to receive any updates or change in status. Other parties involved in our transaction (real estate) felt the same. Will never seek advice/council/service from this group again and will not recommend to those I care about.
