I could not have asked for better legal representation! Attorney Moraski provided excellent advice and service which helped cope with the anxiety of dealing with my first offense. He was able to get the case dismissed with some community service. I highly recommend him!

ok, I've been through the ringer in the court system one could say. Over a 20 page record. I have had "the best paid lawyers" (so i thought). I met Paul because he was appointment to me as to be my public defender, I forget why, but it was a true blessing in the sky. I ended up beating this case with Paul, i almost hired my "Best Lawyer in Mass" he told me there is no chance in hell, and to take a deal if they offer me one. i had a few other case at the time and i Hired Paul Moraski becuase I never seen a lawyer fight so hard for someone, never mind one that was appointment to me. I hired Paul for the remainder of my cases and it was the best decision Ive ever made. Like i said in the beginning, Ive been through this court system allot for 14 years of my life. Ive spent enough money to buy 3 house in the the past by crook lawyers. Paul was in contact with me and my family and involved in my case and worked it hard, and he turned 4 years of my life into A jail sentence to 18 months. Paul cares about and works each one of his clients just same as any other one of his cases, big or small, you get the same treatment. he didnt just represent me, he made me see that im better than this. Today im an owner of my own buisness and i never would of accoplished that if i went with any other lawyer. if you think im pulling you chain, sit in on one of his court case. he dont take no for an answer and will find a way (if there is one) to either get you out of your mess or the best deal period. I cannot recommend Attorney Paul Moraski highly enough. He came fully prepared and had researched my case impeccably. He also listened to me and read through my various notes on the case and took everything into consideration when presenting his case and cross-examining witnesses. He is firm without being obnoxious, able to adjust his approach on the fly based on testimony and the judge's temperament. He displayed a masterful understanding of the facts in a case that was a spiderweb of complications and managed to ferret out the facts through it all and he won what I think was a difficult case to win. September 2, 2016. I was happy to find Attorney Paul Moraski to help me straighten out a situation with the Court in Lynn, where an arraignment for my teen was supposed to come up, but we didn't know it. We didn't even know that we, as a family, had made a " formal complaint." Naively, we asked the Lynn police to send an officer. We thought, again naively, that we were "consulting" the officer and the police. Attorney Moraski was available THAT EXACT morning I was feeling panic about the miscommunication. He stuck with us through three appearances in court, hard on our teen ( a good lesson) and RESOLVED everything!!! He was always available, knowledgeable, efficient and EFFECTIVE.

Met with Atty Moraski on a brief consult. His advice corroborated with that of a retired judge. He could have encouraged me on a certain path that would have ultimately made me spend more money on his counsel; instead he sent me on a path that saved me money, time, and headache.

Attorney Paul Moraski provided great support and was honest from the start. I was accused of theft, but he miraculously got it dropped. Its not even on my record! The truth will always come to light and he provided that light! Thank You Paul!

Attorney Moraski efficiently facilitated not guilty findings on charges of OUI and leaving-the-scene, via a jury trial, which was completed in one day. The jury was able to reach their conclusions with about 20 minutes of deliberation, which I believe signifies virtually no uncertainty Prior to the trial, he had previously scheduled a compliance hearing, which correctly reduced the inital OUI charge from second to first offense, a key accomplishment, I believe. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing serious criminal charges. I found my way to him via a friend who was a previous satisfied client.

Paul is one of the most down to earth lawyer I've ever retained. I was in a horrible situation was on the run for months. I had charges pop up for 2013 and they were very serious charges and also the present ones I had. I got arrested on a Sunday by Monday my wife had retained him and he was there the next day fighting for me. He got me two years probation and 37 days in jail. Which in all reality I should have done at least 2 years on just for one of the charges!! He also got me my medical marijuana prescription granted in Newburyport District court with me being on prohabtion. Paul is the man I would never recommend anyone else BUT him.
