Mr. Moraski is what I call an "attention to detail attorney". His relationships that he's forged over the years with people in the criminal / legal world, will bring him far! I was charged with a crime after being rear ended at a red light. My crime was asking the police to many times to get the info on the driver that hit me. The police officer denied me of this info and arrested me for disorderly conduct, a crime punishable by 6 months incarceration. The police officer let the driver go who caused massive damage to 3 vehicles, because he knew him. The DA wanted me charged with a crime. Paul got the criminal complaint removed and lowered to a civil infraction all the while the officer and the DA wanted to prosecute me to fullest extent of the law!
