Recieved a letter in the mail stating a very unexpected summons to court in 5 days. Which as you can imagine does not leave you much time to prepare for anything. I contacted Paul after seeing positive reviews & recieved an immediate response. Paul was out of the country on vacation and still took the time to have multiple conversations with me to discuss the case and fully prepare to go to court in the short days ahead. Paul was super professional and very straight forward. He was very well spoken in the courtroom & very well respected by his peers. He took the time to explain each of the laws associated with the case & what the potential outcomes were to be. I highly recommend Paul as he is extremely knowledgeable & knows what he needs to do for the best outcome.

John Pickering literally changed my life. After almost 3 years of delays due to covid, attorney Pickering stayed on top of my case and before the actual trial - attended 16 prior court dates either with me or on my behalf to continue or do whatever was needed to make sure my case was heard. I was charged with something I wasn’t guilty of and accepting a plea just get it over with wasn’t going to be an option. I could not have moved forward with my life if he hadn’t fought for and believed in me. His hard work paid off with a not guilty and now I am able to. And he clearly knew all the players including the judge and court officers They all clearly respected this man. It just instilled confidence. Attorney Pickering was always always incredibly well prepared. In court I saw some lawyers appear late, that were unprepared and that did not have answers to the questions by the judge and I just felt extraordinarily lucky to be represented by Attorney Pickering who knew my case inside and out and knew the law and clearly answered all the questioned the judge asked of him. After delay and delay by the DA and then covid, we finally got go to trial. Given the choice, you do not want anyone but Jonathan Pickering next to you in front of a judge and jury. When he is in your corner, you just feel you are protected. He was clearly confident in front of the judge and clearly connected with the jury and his dedication to my innocence was palpable. I was exonerated. And from day one until the last, Attorney Pickering exceeded my expectations of what a great lawyer should be, and he did so by leaps and bounds. Today, Jonathan Pickering is my hero. Don’t make the mistake of choosing another lawyer because he or she is less expensive or a “friend of a friend” - that would be a mistake. Instead choose a winner, especially when you cannot afford to lose.

We made the decision to hire a criminal defense lawyer do to a Title IX case involving my 13 yr old son. We reached out to many criminal defense lawyers, when we contacted Paul he answered the phone right away for consultation! While discussing our situation with Paul we knew right away he was the one for us!! Even though our case was more towards a middle school protocols and not dealing with police or judges , Paul made us feel top priority during the whole process! Paul was always a text, phone call or email away and responded quickly to any concerns and talked us through the process. I often called him my “Pit Bull” for my Son! I hired Attorney Moraski to represent me on a Gun Charge. Someone falsely accused me of pulling a gun on them and that never happened. Attorney Moraski was able to show the court that the claim was ridiculous and untrue. My case was ultimately Dismissed. I have a family and a good job, this charge could have been devastating, but now there is nothing on my record.

I hired attorney Paul Moraski bak in 2019. I was being charged with joint venture on a case that involved assault to murder. When i spoke to Paul he sat with me and reassured me their was a lot of ways he can help me. He studied my case from the beginning to the end not letting no piece stay out. Itv was the scariest time of my life. At times, I wanted to jus give up and take anything jus to make it go away. He kept reassuring me we had a good case with a good defense and he would prove my innocense. 2 and a half year later we went to trial hearing speak and defend me made me really comfortable and i had hope. Next, thing you know the District Attorney could not continue her case. He is a very respectful lawyer, listens, and gives you the best advice. He does not sugar coat things and tells you what it is. Paul is honestly one of the best lawyers I’ve ever had. He’s honest and straight to the point. He’s logical and wants the best outcome for both sides especially if the opposing party is willing to work with him. I went to court recently and Paul got us in and out in under 5 mins, case dismissed. He really knows what he’s doing and is very personable.
