I highly recommend Tom. He's been my lawyer in divorce proceedings, and has been effective, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. His understanding of the court requirements, familiarity with judges, and suggestions on potential solutions to difficult problems, made him invaluable. Update: I won my lawsuit against Monique. I wish I had read Yelp reviews before working with her. She's a shady lady. Working with Monique was such a stressful nightmare, I had to fire her well before we got into the meat of our case. I had paid the $8500 flat fee and when we split, she switched up how she was charging me to hourly and kept the entire $8500. I’ve received counsel on this and understand this is not legal. Filed small claims in October and still waiting for a date. What a hassle.

Throughout the duration of my custody case Attorney Monique Lamb always answered all of my questions, calls, and emails promptly and honestly. I felt she was understanding and gave all of her effort. I would highly recommend her for representation.

Monique took on a divorce case for my family when every lawyer on the North Shore refused to handle it. The case dealt with Veterans' Service- Related Disability benefits as it related to it being divisible for the purposes of alimony. Monique was knowledgeable and confident to the point that she turned what could have been a complicated case into a 1A-Non Contested Divorce. Her fee was a reasonable flat rate. Monique is an excellent attorney, and I would know because I worked for many years with many attorneys when I was a paralegal. I would say that she is the best divorce attorney on the North Shore...barring none.
