My landlord was unjustly withholding our security deposit and I reached out to Chris for help. Chris is a fantastic attorney who specializes in landlord/tenant situations. I hired him in January 2018 for an eviction, and my only regret was that I did not hire him sooner! Ellie did the closing for our mortgage back in 2007 and we have used her services each time we needed amendments to the master deed for our condo association. I hired Chris based on excellent reviews on yelp.com for a long and complicated tenant-landlord dispute, involving eviction proceedings, returns of deposits, etc. Chris has been excellent at every step from the beginning - attentive, highly intelligent, very responsive and available, always serious and to the point but with a tinge of refreshing humor. I especially appreciate Chris's integrity and honesty in dealings, working hard to win, but also to save me money.The guy is successful really loves his job and working with people. Otherwise unpleasant dealing were actually quite interesting, even entertaining, since Chris will explain very well to you what's going on. I absolutely recommend Chris, you won't be disappointed!
