Horrible customer service, I called and he just hanged up on my face.

Terrible attorney I've called 3 times in the past 3 months each time. This person has acted like they don't want to take the case before I can. Even? Get. What's going on out of my mouth and also each time they acted like? They knew the law and as they should because Ken is a lawyer. But he really doesn't in fact hes terrible don't go to him at all. Don't bother him? He has no need for you if you have any confidence at all that you're gonna win your case

Never heard back after long phone conversation and request for evidence/documentation - Echoing with the other person said I had a long conversation with Chris in late december about a security deposit case that seemed fairly standard and he confirmed it. He said it should be fine, please forward him documentation, I did, I have never heard back. I have called an emailed, and nothing. I would respect for some reason or another not being able to take up my case, although we already went over conflicts of interest and other potential issues but It would be good to let me know, especially since we had a long phone conversation going over details, and I took the time to submit documentation upon his request. Maybe there's something personal going on. Though no word back after about 6 weeks of initial conversation/phone calls/mails where we were in touch. No suggesting anyone else if he felt unable to handle my case, or explanation.

Unfortunately I have left two messages and an email early this week and have not received any response. I find that extremely unprofessional. I tried leaving a review on Avvo, but they refused to post it siting I never hired him so I can’t leave a review which is ridiculous. Apparently Avvo only publishes five star reviews.

Found Chris Saccardi's information online when Googled Best Attorney in Boston, and his name came up first. He's truly the best, so Google was extremely accurate! Chris worked extremely hard on a complex detailed case for 3 years. He's extremely patient and professional. Did an unbelievable job and worked extremely hard, couldn't have asked for any better. His dedication, determination, professionalism, knowledge and passion for law is top notch. He fights for what's right and won't back down from what he believes in. My landlord was unjustly withholding our security deposit and I reached out to Chris for help. He has very thorough in his review of our documents and was very clear about what the process would look like if we secured his services. Chris' clear communication and professionalism was much needed to resolve the security deposit issue. I really appreciated how much time he spent understanding the history and intricacies of our situation. After several months of negotiation with our former landlord, he was able to reach a settlement without going to court. We're very glad we decided to secure his services.
