Ellie did the closing for our mortgage back in 2007 and we have used her services each time we needed amendments to the master deed for our condo association. We've also referred her to friends and family because it was so easy to work with her (and that was important when we were closing on our mortgage because it was right around the time of the housing market collapse and it was very stressful!) She is very experienced and professional and does a great job, and her rates are very reasonable.

I highly recommend Chris Saccardi's services in landlord-tenant legal matters. We had tenants in our rental property in MA who made endless demands for repairs, got the housing inspector to issue a citation, and refused to pay the remaining rent on the lease (8 months). We were out-of-state landlords which made things more difficult. After going through two other attorneys, we hired Chris to handle our case. We decided to evict these tenants. At every step of the legal proceedings, Chris: - patiently and clearly explained the options in front of us, with pros and cons - described what he thought the other side could do in response to our actions, and things usually turned out the way he anticipated - dealt with the other side's attorney skillfully and gracefully - accommodated our schedules, responded promptly to our queries and gave us sound and wise legal advice - had an eye out for costs. We felt he always had our best interests at heart - was never patronizing or pushy Most importantly, Chris helped get the tenants out of our property before the end of the lease without the need for a trial.

Kenneth is not somebody I recommend. I wasted my $100 and time for getting no info about the case. He handed a document which was written on lawyer's language and denied to explain me. Told me to read and call next day. I had no choice and called him next day, but he yelled at me that, I have to hire him to get any piece of info. Basically $100 charge consulted me by yelling that I need to pay for any info. Very bad service. I regretted for this type consultancy.

I reached out to Chris to ask for legal advice about a dispute with a previous landlord. Chris corresponded with me extensively during this initial investigative phase. He was thoughtful, thorough, and extremely helpful. I already felt as though I was his client! I can't recommend Chris enough!
