When the time came that I needed a lawyer, I realised just how many are out there. I chose Cohen and Cleary because to me, they by far seemed the most professional, and I wasnt disappointed. Attorney Sanders was assigned my case and she was with me through the whole thing, answering any questions and helping me understand the process. I could not say anything else except they were fantastic! And we got a not guilty!

Gm Karen, I contacted your office and Chrissy about them sending me 2 checks on the settlement deal but it was short $40+ she said she'd contact them but it hasn't arrived yet and its been a while. Don't want it to be forgotten. Chrissy has the figures of the money sent. This is an actual email from me to Karen from 11/19/19 and I still am out the money the time and still haven't recovered financially from what had to be the worst experience with Mass workers Comp. which literally left me homeless for 3 months. I'm not saying this to belittle the firm, just in hopes the "owners" are more aware of how some cases are being handled and the lack of professionalism shown by some of their employees. Communication is the key when going through what is most times a life changing situation for most folks injured and out of work, with no clue except what they get from their hired attorneys and to see such lack of compassion and or empathy from what is supposed to be your TEAM is troubling and I'd hate to see anyone else go through it. The last response I got to my 1st review was from someone called "the owner" stating all would be fine and to just reach out..I was patient everything didn't turn out fine (I had to settle for far less than I wanted due to falling further behind getting 526 every 2 wks) I had so much going on and was so stressed out from the whole ordeal that I resolved myself to just wash my hands of it and take the loss while secretly hoping I'd be contact by either lawyer or secretary saying "we took care of it" but nope I got reminded while cleaning out old emails during this epidemic and it just doesn't sit right with me. Hoping I can get some results from the owner/owners. Bless you all

Currently working with Stephen Allard and Sabrina Poitras for the past 1.5 years. They have both been responsive to various inquiries throughout that time. They have been proactive and continue to work with me even as other issues have arised.
