I would say they're just okay at best. They never call you back when the receptionist says they will. You'll be lucky to speak to your lawyer maybe once in a whole year's worth of litigation. And they'll promise you a lot more than you'll actually get

I have never dealt with such blatant disrespect and am bewildered. Karen is never available to speak with when there is a problem, her secretary Chrissy just told me "to bad, have a good day" and hung up on me on Monday while asking about my case and the miscommunication going on between them and myself. I'm still in shock and wish I had been given the attorney recommended to me from this firm Seth. How do I proceed being represented by folks who treat me and my case so poorly i am no longer comfortable with them?

Great law firm..

George Keches is like a politician. He will promise you one thing to get hired and deliver a totally different result. At our initial meeting he said "Im not going to get greedy on this one lets go for 140k". After undergoing two shoulder surgies and then spending 10 minutes with an IME that number was cut by nearly half. At that point I cant perform the job I had and had no choice but to take a pedestrian settlement. My shoulder causes me pain till this day. My orthopedic surgeon recommended me not returning to my job and even with that George could not prove there was any atrophy to my shoulder. Phone calls between me and George would turn into yelling and swearing matches with little being accomplished. His secretary is dismissive, rude and will type on her keyboard while you try to explain a situation to her. George Keches is a scumbag and I would not trust him with my kids piggy bank. Neither should you.

This lawfirm is excellent. Joe Culgin is amazing.
