I went through a very difficult divorced in 2011-2012. The saving grace was Melinda Markvan. She was thorough, understanding, well versed in the specific laws and was able to provide the legal support that I desperately needed when the opposing attorney kept creating animosity between me and my ex. She repeatedly demonstrated her legal skills by putting together verifiable documents and successfully argued my case in court. She thwarted the opposing attorneuy’s plan of indefinitely extending the legal battle and helped preserve my ability to continue my career and a healthy relationship with my children. Since the conclusion of my divorce, I have referred Melinda to a number of my acquaintances who sought a divorced attorney. I’m from Dallas, TX. I have a daughter in Massachusetts. I be going through up and downs with my daughter mother for years. She would cancel plans I made with my child every time she get upset with me. She made all the final decisions with my daughter, even tho I’m good father. There were times she kept my daughter away from me because of her anger to me. I traveled to Massachusetts many times and she stop me from seeing my daughter because of her frustrations with me. Justin is great. Courteous, responsive and professional. As a first time homebuyer with a process that took over 4 months to close. Justin was always responsive and never left a detail out.
