Mindy is a very capable and experienced family law attorney who has a good understanding of all steps of the divorce process in Massachusetts. She knows how to negotiate an effective settlement, and she also has enough experience at trial that she can capably explain outcomes and options to you throughout. I recently finished an unfortunately contentious divorce. It wasn't easy, but with Melinda's representation and advice, I felt a lot more like I understood the scary and alienating court procedures. We had more emergency temporary hearings than I care to count right now, and Mindy capably showed up to every one, and helped ensure just outcomes. When both me and my ex were finally were all humbled enough to want to settle, her insight into writing settlements was very useful. She helped take our thoughts, and draught them into terms that worked. She was particularly careful of the kinds of vagueness or confusing terms that she has seen cause conflict in the past. She helped us avoid these mistakes. Thanks to our well written settlement agreement, my ex-wife and I are getting along better now than we have in years. This is great. I have been a defendant in a very contemptous divorce and custody battle. I asked for custody of my daughter and the permission to relocate back to Europe.
