Not overstating when I say that Atty Dmitry Lev helped me at a point in my life when I didn't think anything could be done concerning a Bankruptcy. His steady demeanor, and very professional style immediately put me at ease. There wasn't one time when I asked a question that he didn't have the answer. Everything was explained in detail. I never felt that I was being rushed or otherwise treated in an offhanded way. Fees were explained very clearly. I'll also add I felt the fees were quite reasonable. I was able to reach Mr. Lev through a referral from the Boston Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service. He was the most responsive of all the lawyers I approached to help me move forward with a potential civil lawsuit. Although my case (against tax filer - who failed to file my return and I was not able to collect my refund) did not warrant hiring a lawyer, he took the time to explain how to achieve results on my own. I was able to ask follow-up questions, leading to a better understanding of my previous research. Although I am hoping not to have to hire a lawyer any time soon...he would be my first call.

When we first consulted with attorney Lev, he wanted to take the case on an hourly basis. I wasn't sure that this would be the best way to handle things as I thought it would typically be a flat rate fee. Attorney Lev assured my hourly was in our better interest and he was correct. He handled my case quickly and fairly and I couldn't be more pleased. unfortunately I have worked with other lawyers and left them feeling cheated and taken advantage of. I am very pleased to recommend Attorney Lev. I had reached out to Attorney Lev for help on resolving a complicated legal matter. A prior attorney had given me misguided advice. As a result, I was forced into a difficult financial situation. To make matters worse, a collections attorney then contacted me and claimed that I owed his client a debt. I vehemently disagreed.
