I found Dmitry for my father’s bankruptcy having spent a few days searching online. It was a fairly complicated bankruptcy case and I felt my dad needed someone who had background in criminal law in case things went south. Dmitry was instrumental in helping my parents understand the process in the initial meeting. Both parents are of retirement age and did not cope well with the entire situation, to say the least. Dmitry did a great job as an attorney and gave my parents the confidence needed to go through with the process; he was also a pleasure to deal with and showed a lot of patience and understanding while gathering detail and explaining things to my parents. In general, there was a ton of attention to detail for the questionnaire. My family was worried on what might go wrong during the final review session. I attended all meetings my dad (and mother) had with Dmitry, including the day they met with the trustee. I want to say that everything worked out very nicely at the end and was in-line with the attorney’s projections. I highly recommend Dmitry’s services and wishing him the very best.

I recently filed bankruptcy. I met with Demitry a number of time seeking his representation but unfortunate I couldn't afford him. I went with another lawyer. But he helped me a lot and did not charge me. Demitry is both honest and competent attorney. I highly recommend him.

We were involved as creditors in a somewhat complex bankruptcy case dealing with multiple estates and questionable prior representation. We learned more in two 30 minute conversations (one of which, I believe, took place while he was vacation) with Attorney Lev than we did in 8 months with our prior attorney. This is not an exaggeration (unfortunately). These conversations were essentially pro bono. To be honest, we were on guard at first because he actually seemed to care! Dmitry made no attempt to solicit our business (there were zero overtures about the need for a seasoned attorney, etc.) I found this a very telling indication of Attorney Lev's strong character. Not too long ago and about about a year after our initial conversations, we used Dmitry for a quick (billed) consultation and were again impressed with his diligence, preparation and subject matter knowledge. Bankruptcy law is infinitely complex and retaining a seasoned, competent professional with strong character such as Attorney Lev is essential.
