I feel incredibly lucky that we found Zoe to help us out with a visitor visa for my godmother. We had a complex case as we had to extend my godmother's visa several times during the pandemic, because she could not return home easily. When we reached out to Zoe for help we were on our second visa extension request (still pending), with USCIS working a lot slower than usual due to pandemic. This was an unprecedented situation - we had to file a third request for visa extension with the second one still pending, but Zoe took our case without hesitation and helped us make sure that my godmother's presence in the States remained legal and that she didn't overstay. In the end my godmother was finally able to leave the US safely and easily, hadn't overstayed and was able to come back now for another 6 month stay to spend time with her older sister (my grandmother) and us. I would highly recommend Zoe, because of her knowledge, professionalism and incredible attention to detail. Without her help I am not sure that my godmother would be able to come back to the US in the foreseeable future.
