Zoe was instrumental in helping with my parents' green card situation. We're originally from India, and I was sponsoring my parents' permanent residency petition. Zoe was methodical and walked us through the entire process in detail. She stayed on top of all logistical needs and sent us alerts / reminders in a timely fashion so we would never fall behind in the process. My parents were born at a time, when, Indian hospitals didn't issue birth certificates, but Zoe was great in helping us with identifying the right set of documents and making a solid case in front of the immigration officer that the documents my parents were in possession of were substantial. Our entire process from first engaging with Zoe to my parents receiving their green card took about 9 months, and they (my parents) didn't even have to do an interview! While being knowledgeable and meticulous are Zoe's strengths, her being empathetic and addressing my parents' concerns proactively, thereby putting them at ease mentally throughout the process were the most important qualities why I'd recommend Zoe to others.
