We recently sat down with Matt to discuss our estate planning needs(trusts, wills, etc.). We were quickly impressed not only by his knowledge and expertise on these subjects, but also by what a good listener he was. In short order he got to the heart of what we hoped to accomplish, by asking the right questions. Moreover, he had no problem answering our questions in a way that was simple, straightforward and put us at ease. Afterword, when he had prepared drafts sent along for our review, our CFP thought they were some of the most complete and comprehensive she had seen. We mention this because clearly her experience as it relates to these matters is much more than ours! Attorney Karr is a true professional......he explains clearly all aspects of creating a trust, answers questions in a timely fashion, and ultimately develops the trust documents as discussed.
